The only thing that I would add to the picture shown above is to add a cap to prevent dirt from getting into the hose adapter and some insulation to prevent freezing.

I know that this thread is super old, but can someone who has done Charlie’s simple method post a picture of it? Apparently, I’m a visual learner. :-). I think I get it, but a picture would be helpful!
