TM TV Shelf

Does any one have a picture that they can post of the TV shelf offer by TM ?Would like to mount one over stove , We don't use stove much and would free up counter space by sink and if we need the stove would take down the tv! Thank You The Rip

I don't know what size television you have but we put our AC/DC 9"er on a triangular piece of plywood (shelf paper covered) that spans from the right edge of the fridge countertop to behind the streetside sofa on our 2619. A short leg is required on the front of the countertop side to level it. It takes a little space from the left back corner of the sofa but we'd much rather live with that than less counter space. We put the TV under the table and toss the shelf on a sofa when we close down for travel.

We've also stored the stock dinette table and it's heavy steel hardware in our garage and transferred it's leg and hinge(with the 4" attached table piece) to the extra leaf. This gives us a light, two-person table and more walking around room. We rarely have guests for meals in the TM so it works well for us. YMMV.

I have a 2720SL and I used a swing arm with a 13" LCD TV. I mounted it on the corner of the frig. enclosure where the 2x2 frame is. Stays there when I close up too. Would give you some pics but TM is at dealer to fix bathroom wall.

As you can see it's pretty simple. These photos are up-side down so you can see how the small mounting brackets work with the larger black shelf brackets. Same small brackets as used for the above sink cabinet.

I can share the photos with you showing the wall brackets mounted with and without the TV shelf. This was an option for our 2004 TM so it was installed at the factory. I did look and the brackets used on the TV shelf are about half as wide as the ones used for the above sink cabinet. However, the wall brackets are the same. I would order them from TM unless someone knows a better source. Just tell them you're making your own TV shelf and I'm sure they will help you.
