Default Freshwater Cap

In a separate thread, I posted a question about sealing a bag seal tear. Also, when I opened the front shell, I discovered my freshwater fill cap resting on the bag seal! (photo attached) This cap has fallen off several times over the few months that we've had the TM. It doesn't seem to have good threads to keep it on and the bag seal rubbing against seems to pop it off often. Does anyone else have this issue or a solution for keeping it from popping off?

Thanks,

John

These are commonly used on other brands of rvs. My security strapbroke and bought a replacement from Amazon.

Thanks for the link. I suppose replacing the entire inlet assembly is the best idea. It looks fairly simple to do. I'll probably order one of these and try to replace it before our next trip in August.
