Kitchen light replacement

I've been using these lights and am still very satisfied with them. I have discovered an issue with it though. Today after opening the camper up for my next trip, I noticed that the switches were in the "ON" position. I know I turned them off, so after closing the camper up these switches can and have been repositioned. Although I do have a solar panel for recharging the battery, I am sure I am straining the battery needlessly. I will have to place a cover over the switches to prevent this. Probably just an angled cover that can be held in-place with Velcro.

Or, install a shut-off switch for all electric in the unit. I have one installed right next to the door. I open the unit, then turn on the power. I wired my tongue jack to bypass the shut-off switch, so I can use the jack without any other power being on.
