Titan bought the Denman name, molds, patents, customer lists, etc. The last I read in our trade journals, Titan was going to move all of the manufacturing to the existing Titan plants.
I haven't heard if they are going to continue to produce under the Denman brand name.......or just what tires are going to be produced, because I'm sure they probably have some overlapping lines.
