Default WD hitch interference with swing-away?

I am planning to get a WD hitch for our '05 2619. It seems like the WD hitch may interfere with the swing-away hitch on the TM. I need a full swing to fit the TM in the garage and still have access behind it.
Are there any TM owners that have experience with WD and the swing-away hitch?

I have a swing-away and a WDH. There is no interference - the tongue swings completely to the side.

I'm not sure what you are seeing that looks like it could cause problems. When you disconnect the trailer, the spring bars stay with the vehicle's portion of the hitch, and then they come completely off. The snap-up brackets are mounted permanently on the frame of the trailer, but they don't interfere with the tongue as it comes around.

Would a photo of my setup with the hitch swung aside be helpful?

I have the same set-up as you describe: (As Bill said) and the bars stay with the vehicle portion of the set-up, there is "no interference" with the swing tongue whatsoever.

Bill,
A photo of your set up would be very helpful! Thanks for the offer -- the TM owners provide excellent support for this forum!

Gary and Deb -

I'm slow but I'm here. I hope these two pics are self-explanatory.

WDH = weight-distributing hitch.

Sorry for the jargon, but it's quite a mouthful.
