2003 TrailManor Model 3023 TriCity area of East Tennessee. The trailer is in very good condition; all systems in working order. New tires and wheels in 2020. All new upholstery. Unit is clean and DRY. Great starter unit for anyone interested in the TrailManor system. We have enjoyed this unit for ten years and never second guessed our choice.
