Angry Neighbor

I want a Trailmanor in order to slow down and enjoy life. I got a call last night from my neighbor saying she is going to take me to court over the Trailmanor in my yard. It is tucked away nicely and you can't even see it from the road. The good news is I have sold it already and I hate to see it go but we decided to go for a smaller unit like the 2720SL. But.... it looks like I am bound by the covenants even though I signed the contract and had a set closing date before they were enacted. However I took possesion after they were inacted. Oh well any advice besides moving would be great I'm just bummed all around
