Putting our TrailManor up For Sale. 2009 3124KS 25th Anniversary Edition.

We have enjoyed camping in our TrailManor over the last few seasons as well as refurbishing the interior and making many other upgrades. However, the wife and I are in the process of completing a purchase of a new trailer.

This TM has been hauled all over on our adventures. We had been taking it out practically once a month up until covid hit. As much as we hate to part ways, unfortunately we can only have one trailer (or at least that’s what the wife is telling me! I tried)

Overall condition is good. Interior was refurbished in 2019. Exterior paint is in good condition although there are a few small blemishes and the decals are quite sun-kissed. All the seals are in good condition, no leaks, just put two new upgraded wheels and tires in June of 2020. The awning works and has no rips but some of the plastics have broken with age.

Some of the upgrades we have done:
Interior Painting
Wallpaper
Faux Tiling
Custom Made Removable Window Shades with Valences
Contact paper over the countertops (removable)
Replaced Vent lighting
LED Bulbs in most fixtures
Infinity Speakers
New Bluetooth head unit
New wheels and Tires June 2020 (spare is original wheel and tire is a few years old)


The following items are installed in the trailer currently but I plan to move them to the new one with us. I am listing in case you are interested in them as well, I am certainly willing to discuss.

600w of flexible lightweight solar panels installed on the rear shell (no holes, removable)
780w capable (at 12v) MPPT Solar Charge Controller with WiFi App.
3000w Pure Sine Wave auto switching Inverter/Converter (can also auto switch with generator if you add it)
Total system was about $5k to install.

I still have all the stock components and will have them restored back in their original state including 75w solar panel, charge controller and converter. Full disclosure, the original converter would stop charging intermittently so it may need to be repaired or replaced, of course that wont be an issue if you decide you want the electrical goodies.
