Default New Shower Curtain

Hi! We are purchasing our first TM this weekend, actually our first camper! It's a 2006 2720 SD. We noticed the shower does not have a shower curtain or a way to hook the shower head onto the wall. Has anyone purchased a new shower curtain or hook for the shower head? I wasn't sure where to purchase them since it might need to be custom size for this shower. Thanks in advance! I'm sure I will have lots of other questions soon!

Here is a link to photos of our shower mod to include an older version of a shower head attaching mechanism to our latest one:

I use the plastic on the walls, but did a modification for the curtain. I took out the overhead track, and used the small command hooks and a pcv tube. I used the smallest wire cable, drilled a hole at the ends thru the pvc and ran the wire thru. Sledged the wire into a loop and hooked them onto the command hooks. I am able to use a standard shower curtain and curtain hooks. I had a friend remove enough from the bottom of the curtain so that it fitted nicely into the tub.
When I hang the plastic to cover the walls, I use those metal clips that slip over the end of the picnic table sides to hold the plastic in place. Works great. In CA it gets hot and I find the Velcro doesn’t stay in place. The clips slip on and off.
You can stain the pvc to look like wood from what I’ve seen on line.

You don't have a shower curtain? Does that mean that you also do not have the little wheeled hooks that hang from the overhead track? Is the track still in place, or was that removed?

The OEM curtain had little slits at the top, and the slits pulled over the little hooks. This is clearly detailed in Commodor47's first picture, if you zoom in. If you want to restore the OEM configuration - and the replies above show that there are lots of other methods - I believe you can buy the little hooks and the special curtain that hangs from them. These are specifically for RVs, so don't expect to find them at WalMart or BB&B.

For example, here are the hooks at Amazon

Again, if you want to go OEM, I'm thinking that you could get the curtain and the hooks from the factory. A quick phone call would tell you.

Incidentally, here is what I did for a shower head hanger. Not too different from other solutions. I can't figure out why the factory keeps installing the hook down at faucet level.

Bill, I think the hook at the tub level may be to keep the sprayer from scratching or damaging the tub, especially during travel. We use a metal hose now, so we wouldn't be able to avoid that without removing the entire hose anyway.

Bill, i got rid of the overhead track and those wheeled hooks. They kept sticking, jamming and making me cranky. I do have a shower curtain, but the hooks are the same as you see at home. It works for me. I could go back, but I’m good with it.

We did the shower wall mod and kept the track on the ceiling. I bought round paper clips to attach the curtains to the little hooks. Works great for us and gives you so much more room in there.
