Recirculating Toilet

I’ve had my 2008 2619 TM for almost 6 months now.
Can anyone tell me if there is holding tank(black water tank) under the toilet?
If so, how much does it hold?
AND, is it possible to pull the lever when the gauge is full… Charge the toilet again use it for a bit longer??
I am fully aware that when the gauge is showing FULL, the lever at the bottom of toilet is to be pulled, empty the contents at a dump station ( black first then grey water).
Just curious to know if what I explained above is at all possible
I know they’re a lot of knowledgeable and seasoned TM comrades out there and if you guys are able to shed some light on this matter, it would greatly be appreciated. I think you ahead of time !!
