Default about to purchase '92 TM 26

Is the '92 TM 26 the same as the current 2619? Is there any place to find the specs for older TM's

From looking at one on rvtraderonline, I don't think so. It's bigger than our 2720. The kitchen counters are longer, and so is the couch. Ask them how long it is from hitch to bumper, and then compare this with the current models. That might help. It may even be like a 3126....(oops, no such thing!) meant 3124.

Sorry I can't be more specific, maybe someone else will reply. I've only seen 2 other TM's and they were both 2720's.

SK,

I think if you add 4' for open length (30') and subtract 3' for closed length (23') you would derive the current Model designation of 3023. >>Check this discussion<<

Remaining posts in the thread offer some good advice about what "gotchas" to look out for. Suggest reading most of the advice - could stave off a bout of buyer's remorse.

We have a 91 M26 and it is basically the same as the newer 3023 model. Be sure the shells open smoothly and inspect it for rot in the problems areas. There are many threads discussing this on the board, esp. by HappyTrails. I've done some of the same repair work on mine as HappyTrails has done to his.
