Default Bathroom Air Duct

I'm considering ways to vent the front wall of the bathroom in such a way as to provide some airflow into this area, both to keep it cooler on hot days and provide greater heating on cold mornings, yet still maintain some sense of privacy. My initial thought is to cut out an opening in the wall and add a small vent on both sides, with the vent grates aimed in such a way as to provide sufficient privacy so that you could not look directly through it into the bathroom area. Has anyone else thought about doing such a mod or have any suggestions? I suppose the easiest way to provide greater airflow would be to remove the front section of the vinyl ceiling flap, but I think there is a better way :-/.
