Question Hanging TV on wall in our 3326

I am wondering how deep to drill the holes for the well nuts to mount the bracket to the wall of our TM? I believe it said to use a 3/8 ? I found several threads but no one mentions how deep to drill. Thanks

What I did was use the well nuts depth as my depth gauge. I also had wife on outside making sure nothing went wrong.

Planning to do the some mod next weekend. I'll tape off my drill for the dept of the well nut. I'll also use the well nuts to hang brackets for shelving (microwave, icemaker and bedroom TV/Fan). I'll post pictures when all mods, including the shower, are all done. Weird how excited I'm getting about all these mods. I feel like it's finally becoming "MY TrailManor"...

I used a Drill bit collar stop on mine but I still went very slow because the metal is very thin IMO. As I said above I set it using the well nuts depth making sure beforehand the well nuts weren't to long of course LOL.

My TVs have been up since & it works great accept for the fact the TVs from 2008 were quite heavy so we have plans on buying two new much thinner & lighter replacements soon.
