Default Only have 3 drain valves

All the posts on winterizing say to open all 4 drain under the trailer. My problem is one of the hoses that hangs down in front of the tire does not have a valve on it. It has a plug that is secured with a clamp. I have opened all the other drains. This a 2022 TM. Since all the post seem to be quite old, has TM made a change on the new models ?
