Default Issue with support bars lining up 2720qb

We are having issues with our 2720QB with the aluminum support bars not lining up. We level the trailer before opening but they are about 1/2” off. The front double bed from outside appears to be 1/2” lower on one side although the trailer is level. It is a 2022

Are you talking about the bed supports that swing out as you pull out the bed? Or the short (6 inch or so) aluminum swing-up bars near each corner of the trailer box?

Can you be a bit more specific about how they "don't line up"? Line up with what? Is the triangle on one side lower than on the other, resulting in a tilted bed? Are the front ones lower than the back ones? Do they sag toward the ground at the tips, resulting in a bed that sags at the front or rear edge? Help me out here.

Posting pictures is easy if you follow the instructions in this article in the TM Technical Library

https://www.trailmanorowners.com/for...ad.php?t=16117

Don't miss any steps.

BTW, it is worth just scrolling though the Library to see what is there. A lot of good information has been collected and posted there.
