Tail light and Running light problem

My running lights and tail lights do not work. The TM has a short somewhere. After being plugged in for a short time it blows the 15 amp fuse on my TV. Is there a schematic for these lights? I think that under the sink the feed from the TV splits to the two shells. Is this correct?

Actually the connections are in the lower refrigerator compartment, behind the removable louvered panel. See thumbnails for the diagrams.
