Alleviating Water pump noise/vibration

Can anyone point me to the thread that explains re-mounting modifications for quieting down the water pump. I saw it once before but I can't find it now.

Our pump is driving me nuts.

I replaced the pump with a variable speed pump. It is whisper quiet now.
