Held for Moderation?

I posted a for-sale ad a couple days ago and it said it would be held for moderation. I haven't heard a thing and the ad is still not showing - how long does that normally take? Thanks for your help!

Curious as well - I'm a new member and made a new post a few days ago but it still hasn't shown up, and I'm not sure how to check on its status (or even read it).
