Default Quick Storage Question

Where do you stash the awning crank & middle brace, and a broom when your TrailManor is open and being used? With the sofa on the slide folded down into a bed they tuck away nicely under the edge of the bed. But with it folded up into a sofa, that stash area goes away. They don't want to fit easily under the sofa in the storage box either... I don't want to leave the awning pieces out because my son has a great imagination and they become everything from a sword or lightsaber (depending on what movie he last watched) to a fishing pole. Thanks!

I kept the awning crank outside in the rear bumper (YMMV), the middle brace on the bed and my broom was an RV model that telescoped.

What is this middle brace you guys are talking about? My handle on the 2720 sd fit under the dinette seat that has the access door on front of the slide easy to get to anytime. Same with the broom. but I dont seem to have a brace for the awning??

There (in every case I encountered) is a middle brace for your FIAMMA awning.

When I set up the Fiamma F45i awning it has the 2 arms that fold out of the awning and then there is a 3rd arm/brace that is set at the middle of the awning from the edge to the camper. That one is loose, doesn't stash into the awning like the two outer ones.

Now I need to go see if the brace and crank will slide into the storage box under the sofa from the outside. I didn't even think to try it that way.

That collapsible broom is pretty slick, though!

I keep a number of things - though not a broom - under the mattress of the rear bed.

All 3 fit in the front compartment under the sofa easy peasy when I used the access doors out front. They didn't fit going in from above the sofa because of the 2 cross beams under the seat. That was a total brain fart, forgot all about the outside access.

I use the bottom storage compartment under the stove and by the passenger side wheel well.

We keep ours behind the back of the couch on the street side. They rest nicely on the little lip that runs across the bottom of the back.

I keep mine under the cushion of the door side couch. I do think I need to order that broom though sweeping with a hand broom isn't fun.
