Fridge Wires Flappin' in the Breeze

OK, Crew. Here's another 1 for you. '06 2720 Found 3 wires dangling in the lower fridge access panel. #8 terminal is empty on the left terminal block. 1 white wire with a inline fuse and 2 yellow wires. One of the yellows with a red piece of heat shrink over the connector. I'm thinkin' the white wire goes to #8 because of the inline fuse and the 2 yellows are connected together. Can someone run outside and see what thiers looks like?!?!?

As an aside, while I was messin' around down there got this really nasty whiff of melting plastic. Some knot head at the factory, I suspect, left the yellow ROMEX looking wires in the top access area pressed against the hotter than Hades tube on the right side of the fridge. Very brown mark on it but it hadn't burned thru the insulation .......YET!! Check yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!
