Default Size of over sink cabinet

I have a 1999 3023 that I'd like to outfit with an over the sink cabinet. They don't make the oak colored cabinets anymore though, so i'm going to have to try to build one myself. My question is, what are the dimentions of these cabinets? I've ordered wall mounts from the factory to use. Any other ideas of storage systems I can put there? I'm trying hard not to look like the Clampets (Beverly Hillbillies...??!!)

We're taking a staycation at a nearby state park for a couple of days starting Wednesday and can give you some info when we have it out.

We have a '98 TM with the same cabinets that you have. I spent a lot of time looking around for "like" cabinets. I went to Custom RV to look at the new TM cabinet and it was a "No brainer". Color is ~close enough. The real selling point was the weight (light as a feather empty) design and construction.

The TM cabinet is made with the same technology of the rest of the light weight TM construction. It is well worth the $135 price tag. IMHO......don't waste your time trying to duplicate a cabinet.

This is the only pic that I could find that is close to showing our cabinet........We'll be opening the trailer tomorrow. I'll try to remember to get a pic for you so that you can see how it looks with the oak cabinetry.

The "Clampet's"

Just went out and measured ours. It is 22.75" high from top of molding to bottom of cabinet, 20" wide and 12" deep. Here are some pictures that might help you to install your cabinet of choice. Hmm, it looks like it's time to fix that wall that browned from lowering the TM while water heater was still hot. Talk about looking like the Clampets!!!

The new ones are bigger (about 30% bigger) and lighter weight than that one (believe it or not). Ours goes all the way to the bathroom wall and the other side overlaps the end of the roof shell.

I think that yours may be made of wood......is it?? The new ones are made of foam core composites.

Thank You 4kids2dogs for the pics. They will definitely help. I think I'm going to buy the "Clampet version" so I have a few less headaches, but the pics will definitely help with the install. Thanks you to all for your advice. I'll post again when I'm finished.

I just re-read post #3........... I posted, "don't waste our time trying to duplicate a cabinet".......

I meant to say, "don't waste your time trying to duplicate a cabinet"......

This English language is real hard to learn.........but I'm still working on it......

Yep, ours is wood. I can lift it into place by myself when it is still packed with the plastic dishes, cups, etc. that I keep in it, but it's heavy. Usually DH takes care of that. If I were putting a new cabinet in, I'd probably order from the factory as well. Only thing I would wonder about is would it hold up to all the lifting and moving it would be put through? I'd imagine the factory would use one that was durable.

They're very well made. We put dishes (Melmac) and glasses in ours. It's still pretty easy to lift. I've never actually seen the older factory one. Our TM didn't have a cabinet when we got it. I was pretty shocked at how small the one is in your pic. I thought that ours was pretty small but it's giant compared to the Oak one.
