Default Shock Absorbers

So my TV (2004 F150) is approaching 100,000 miles, and I'm thinking it's about time to replace (at least) the rear shocks. I don't see any apparent leakage, but the ride seems to have gotten a little "soft" over time.

Anybody ever put Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber on their TV? If so, did you like them?
