Default Wanted:3023 or larger trailmanor

Hello,

I am seeking a Trailmanor of 3023 or 3124. It must be the model with the bed on both ends and double sofas. I really need this size based upon the size of my family. I would prefer something from the years of 2006-2013. Not looking for something new and don't expect to pay new prices. Would like something with no damage. Location is open as I am willing to travel for the right fit. I am on the southeast coast if that makes a difference.

Be aware the 3023 has a rear queen bed vs king in the 3124. It’s a bigger difference than you might think. Also the 3124 had a couple different arrangements over the years; one had a jackknife sofa and a love seat that didn’t fold down, the other used the table folded down between two benches to form another full size bed. Again, bigger difference than you might think.

Thank you for this information. I will do more research on the 3023. I have been leaning more toward the 3124kb. It seems perfect for us.

At least back in 2004, the TM model 3023SL also had a jack-knife sofa in front (makes into a small bed).

I have a 2006 3023 in very good condition. I am selling as my kids are getting older and we don’t have the time to use it unfortunately. I love it and it pulls like a dream. Everything works except for outdoor entry light as I haven’t had the time to look at it. I am the 3rd owner. It has been garaged for a lot of its life and as long as I’ve owned it. Please call me at 714.864.1531 to discuss price and so I can send pictures via text. I had them up on here a while back but I don’t see my post anymore. We are in Montgomery, Texas. Thanks!

That looks nice. It won't work for me because one of the biggest selling points of a TM for me is the enclosed bathroom. I am not a fan of ripping that out and replacing it with shower curtains. Goodluck with your camper though.

Thanks for the help with finding my ad, Dave!

As far as the bathroom walls being removed, that was unfortunately done by the previous owner. I wasn’t thrilled with it, but overlooked it since it was in such great condition and would fit all of my family and fits in my garage. I have come to like the fact, however, that it does provide us more space and doesn’t require setup and take down. The trailer has served our family extremely well, and I will dearly miss it.
