Its a wonder they lasted as long as they did. The wall is now "screwed and glued" as it should have been originally.
Same problem in 2020 2720QB. Was folding it after our last camping trip and the whole door side just came off. Now it is attached with six pocket screws on the ends (Kreg pocket jig to the rescue).

Also rebuilt the shelf under the sink in a similar manner, replacing the 1/8" plywood with 3/4, reinforcing the sides. I mean, cmon, the rear of that shelf was supported by 3/4" square stick that wasn't even attached to the floor.

Next project on the list - re-attachign the toilet properly. The one we have in has a gap between the base and the floor and someone came up with an idea to cut narrow pieces of PVC pipe as spacers, attaching everything with long screws, screwed into 1/8 plywood. How long will that hold? >_<

I can't speak for 2010+, but I've had no trouble with either on a 2001 2720. Did TM go cheap on screws and wood after a certain date?

The current company owners seem to have a vested interest in quality, so maybe this issue could be presented to them, especially if a simple fix is all that is needed.
