Default Groovin it!

The pic shows the "wood trim" piece just inside the door of my 2012 2720.

Note that a groove can be seen across it. I saw buff marks in that area awhile
back, and decided to compromise a likely occasional complication with a remedy.
1/4" can make a difference when needed.

The door does seem to work better...

Default Good question,

and a response is merited.

My first thought is that some things about that door are
real mysteries.

An easier response would be to ask a question -

Does anyone else have buff marks on the front of that “wood trim”?

Are you asking about the trim piece, or the groove? If the trim, start at post #3 here.
