Red face Replacing Velcro with disc from TM

Was wondering if anyone has replaced the velcro strips with the disc and screws from TM ? I have some left from previous owner and would like to know if 1 replaces the whole strip or 1 on each end. THe screws look really long considering where they go. Do not want to poke through to outside. Thanks in advance for any advice... Cynthia

I ordered a bunch of those disc from the Trailmanor factory, and really liked them. I thought they worked a lot better than the glued on strips, which seemed to continually come loose.

I replaced some of mine (still have some more to do). I ran into trouble with replacing the velcro strip that was above the kitchen counter (above the refigerator) in my 2720, I think the screw went into one of the shell support arms, so I just removed the screw, but the disc came off on our last trip. The other ones are holding up OK.

We replaced all of the disks that were not on the wall paper. We were concerned if we tried to remove the velcro from those areas paper we might stretch the wall paper. We ran into no problems and they look great. They have been in place since 2008.
