Default Gap in front bed

We sleep in the front bed and I don't like seeing daylight between the bed and the wall so I decided to do something permanant about it, so I bought some naugahyde and reflex insulation then took measurements and made a flap that fastens to the wall and bed case just like side walls. I sewed the reflex in between two layers of naugahyde. NO MORE GAP!!! Cold air and creepy crawlers can't get in.

Thumbs up

Very nice job! I need to make something just like that for the rear queen bed in our 2720SL.

Very nice job, I did the same in my 3326King and love it. I really need the seals due to the flying teeth here in Florida during the summer.

I don't know how air tight it made yours but when I run the vent fan I have to open a window to get good air flow. You can hear the fan speed up after opening the window, its pretty cool.

Now this is slick! I do not have a gap there. Wonder what caused that?

Default Gap in bed

Not sure what caused it. It was like that when we got the TM, Leon warned us about it. I made temporary fix but got tired of messing with it so I decided to fix the problem permanantly. May do the back bed the same instead of using swin noodles.

Mine has a tiny gap as well and I think it is from pulling on that wall when we lift the units into position. It was there when I bought it and the torsion bars were really out of adjustment. I did run a straight edge along that wall and it is bowed out a wee bit. The flap will solve that problem.
