Cool Does anyone know what's behind this door?

Hi, purchased a 2008 3124KB. Although I paid a lot for an inspection, I'm pretty sure the guy never even looked at it, just took my money and ran. Lots and lots of work to do and this forum is a life saver!

I don't know what this door is for. (Hopefully the pic did attach below.) I can't get it opened and it appears that maybe because the latch is broken off (hence the opening in the door) but when I put my finger in the opening and feel around for a mechanism I don't find anything.

Thanks in advance!

Kevin

And, I see the screw, that will help. My eyes don't do so well in the sun. Thinking I need to get a replacement part for whatever fits the hole though.

A million dollars? Maybe. More likely, the outdoor shower. That screw in the door shouldn't be there. Someone likely put it there because the latch below it broke.

I may have an extra lock and key for that. Give me a while to try to remember where it might be. In the meantime, follow Dave's suggestion to remove the screw and see what is in there. Like Dave I think it is the outdoor shower, so you want to confirm that the hose, shower head, and valves are there. I think I see the handle of the shower head through the hole.

Default If you prefer to use a combination lock -

Search for my post - Combi-cam locks in 2720 with pics and tricks

The Combi-cam can be used as a simple latch. When unlocked, at the combination
setting, it still appears to be locked, even when just latched.

Looks like a square head drive screw put in for semi-permanent, so be careful....
That square fitting just might be the same size as others you will notice in the TM.
