Unhappy customer

Iv'e been experiencing a few problems with parts orders from the
factory . Both of the cabinets that I ordered arrived in pieces,
doors off hinges ,handles misaligned wrong color laminate. Iv'e
been trying to contact customer service but it seems as if the
voice mail system is also out of order because either Adam nor Ed return calls when you leave a message in their boxes . I searched for my trailmanor for more than 2 years with all the wonderful advise from the folks here on the forum
but I have been disapointed with factory service you Rave about. Any
ideas would be appreciated as I love my trailer but if you can get parts
as one may need them it takes the fun out of owing one .

Have you tried email? Ed is usually pretty good about responding to email. I have had trouble getting a call back when I leave it on Adam's voicemail. Gotta make those follow up calls til you get a real person in in the parts dept. Then they seem quite helpful.

Having been an executive secretary, I add my suggestion to your excellent one Leon.

Add the notation across the space to the left of the address: Personal.
This notifies the secretarial staff not to open the correspondence and to place it directly in the days correspondence as is. She is not to process it in any way. In this manner, she cannot screen out unwanted complaints, requests for information, spam, advertisements, etc.

I believe you can request a "signature required from adressee" through the post office with certain types of delivery. It may cost you a little more, but it may be worth it. Of course, you may need the actual street address of the factory, but a bit of sleuthing may reveal it.

Unhappy still no response from ed or mike

AFTER MUCH EFFORT I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT ADAM & HE ASKED ME TO E-MAIL PICTURES OF NOW "3" CABINETS THAT I RECIEVED FROM
THE FACTORY THAT LITTERELY FELL APART UPON REMOVAL FROM BOX. I
CONTACTED HIM ON WEDNESDAY 4 DAYS AFTER E-MAILING PHOTO'S &
HE TOLD ME ED AND MICHEAL HULSEY WERE IN POSSESION OF THE PHOTO'S
I SHOULD HERE BACK SOON . STILL NO WORD AS OF THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY.
AT LAST CONTACT I INFORMED ADAM THAT I CAN'T WASTE ANY MORE EFFORT
ON POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WE ARE TRYING TAKE AS MANY FAMILY
CAMPING TRIPS WE CAN AS WE BATTLE MY WIFE'S REOCCURANCE OF LUNG
CANCER. THANKS FOR ALL THE SUGGESTIONS ,THERE ARE SO MANY KIND AND
HELPFUL FOLKS HERE AT THE FORUM . ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I CHOSE
TO GET A TRAILMANOR.

My two cents is to keep it as other preceding me have said: "business and professional" and they will make it right. When I was a new owner they excelled at my requests "once I got through to them" and I still am a very happy TM owner. Their service is excellent.
