If one wants a white toilet/tank, one could always paint it before installation. Just be forewarned, that the tank materiel is polyethylene plastic and nothing sticks very well to polyethylene. I'm not sure about the toilet itself. If it is ceramic, you can buy ceramic paint kits at most H/W stores.

A procedure that I used once was to sand the surface lightly with 150G aluminum oxide sand paper. Wipe down with a rag dampened (not wet) in acetone. Then spray a couple light coats of shellac primer (available in spray cans). Then a couple coats of "123 Primer". Then you can spray it with your desired spray paint. I like Rustoleum. The shellac primer seems to adhere better than anything else that I've tried. The 123 primer adheres real well to the shellac primer but not the polyethylene surface itself. Be sure to allow 2-3 days for curing before assembling.

Just be aware that it will be susceptible to scratching but then again, spray paint always is.

Are we talking about the Thetford or the SeaLand?

If the SeaLand, the marine version version (pump out port on top instead of drain on bottom) is available in white then you can have a drain spin welded into the bottom.
