heater starts when slideout moved in

2001 2720sd ...when we close up I noticed the heater blower kicks on as soon as the slide out is pushed in...propane turned off so it continually cycles trying to light...pinched wire? Any help would be appreciated..pulling fuse to closeup is a pain!

Wait a minute. Start with the basics. Is the thermostat really turned off? As in OFF (CLICK OFF)? And the blower still starts? Remember, this thermostat has a true OFF position, on a separate lever at the very bottom center of this photo (ignore the fact that the cover is off the thermostat here - a different issue was under discussion). Is this switch in the OFF position?
