Default Grey water tank leak at the 1.5" pipe outlet

What's the best way to fix this? Somehow I developed a small leak at the grey water tank pipe outlet. I read abs glue and some plastic screening material? Or is there better cement out there to make a more permanent fix?

Is the leak at the tank connection point, or a bit further towards the slide valve? Posting a pic helps. If further down and you cut it at the break/leak point, you could sli a rubber connecting boot and leave it as is. Look at number 10 comment and Youtube video.
