Default Ceiling Issues

Hello everyone,

I have a 2002 2619, and I am looking at having to do some repairs to the ceiling/ roof. 2 issues really, one, the aft shell ceiling is sagging from the wall forward, as evidenced in first two photos. I plan on injecting some gorilla glue between the foam and upper skin and gluing the sagged section back to the top skin. After that, I will reinforce the delaminated section by sandwiching the ceiling/roof between two flat 2" wide, 4' long aluminum flat bars, one on ceiling, the other on roof perpendicular to the center ceiling seam. I will clamp the two bars together using Countersunk SS screws. Hope you all can follow..... Has anyone done this kind of repair before? Will gorilla glue re-adhere the aluminum skin to the foam core?

Second two photos are of front shell vent, where the interior aluminum skin is delaminated. I will be replacing the vent, has anyone repaired ceiling delamination in this area?

I'd appreciate any suggestions, lessons learned. Will need to fix this myself!

What made this happen? Perhaps water intrusion? It's unusual.

Default Ceiling Issues

I bought it this way. Dropped the interior trim panel from the vent today and the wood is black on the aft edge, not wet though. The aft right side corner on the aft shell has been repaired before.
