Here's a few pics I got from the RISE interior at the Hershey show. In pics 1 & 2 you can see the Murphy bed folded up on the wall. Keep in mind that Bob Eickhoff said this is only a prototype and not the finished product.
Cath and I are going to order the 3124KD as soon as my retirement is set. You can see some pics of a 3124 in my next post.

We went to the Hershey RV show on Saturday.
Had the privilege of meeting Bob Eickhoff (TM Factory Owner) and Toby (wish I remembered his last name). They are great folks and spent a lot time with Cath & I talking about TMs.
The TM dealer at the show was Bryant's R.V. from Dallas, PA, also great folks. They demo-ed (and let me) opening and closing a TM. We are really looking forward to ordering our TM (3124KD), just depends on when I retire (2015 or 2016).
The new silver edition TMs are great! LED lighting through-out, great colors, super interior options, and just flat impressive!
Rained all day at the show, but we hardly noticed.

Craig & Cath,

Thanks for posting the photos of the TM's. Thought I would be more impressed with the "Rise" murphy bed set-up. We'll have to see what they end up with, when the production model is actually released.

Glad to hear you liked the 3124 enough to order one once your retired.
Bet you're "chompin at the bit", now that you got a chance to see and play with one a little bit, Huh?

Again, thanks for posting the pics,

"Chompin at the bit" is an under statement! I think I've read every post on this site. I'm sold on TMs and can't wait to get started on our "adventure". We did pop-ups for years when the kids were small.
We are so looking forward to retirement. The plan is to leave Upstate NY around the beginning of December (after deer season) and return mid April.
Don't be to disappointed with the pics of the RISE. I think it will be a great weekend camper, but for long trips it will be a little small (storage area). If you have a good size TV (pick-up or large SUV) the RISE will work fine for 1 or 2 people.

The murphy bed folding over a sofa was an idea I gave them on my visit. I sent them pics of what another manufacturer had done. We also talked about putting shelves on the bottom of the murphy bed for more storage if they did not use it to go over a sofa. (Funpilot in disguise here so I can see pics until my site sponsorship issue is addressed.)

Here's a thought, If u can afford it, don't wait till u retire. I bought mine before I semiretired and it has been a great experience and a semi hobby. I've learned a lot and now am planning a trip to Alaska when I retire full time next year. Fun way to ease into the next chapter of your lives.
