These people are great. Stopped in this morning and TrailManor Jacksboro. They put a lift kit in. Was out by noon with all the parts I needed. Thanks much said in a group. First class operation

I used their Contact Link and someone replied within a few hours. They transferred my inquiry to someone else. A few days later I sent the first person another E-Mail when I did not hear from them. A few weeks have now passed and still no reply

I called TM by phone today and someone answered right away. I was transferred to the service department where I got a recording to leave a message. I hope a phone call is better than their E-Mail response system.

I have never had much luck with emailing TM.

We have had very good response from the factory. They all seem to be very committed to product and owners.

And why are you starting this rumor? There is no connection between this forum and the factory! Other than they build them and we use them.

Well some time has past and no response from Trailmanor using E-mail or a Phone call.

So to answer the question "Is there a Customer Service Department?"

No
