my wife and i are going to look at a 1994 3023 on saturday, the price of only $1500 tells me theirs something wrong, but the owner says it needs nothing. what should i look out for? what are common problems with this model? we are very exited to find such a cool camper we can afford, just hope we dont get scammed. thank you, Kent
