Default What are my BTUs for the heater and A/C?

Hi, I was asked the title question. I have a 2004 2720SL.
The A/C is a roof-top type. When I recently replaced the filters, the dealer said it was a coleman. My manual says RVP a div of airxcel, 9000 series. I saw a 10,000 number on the forum but did not know what unit or TM it was addressing.

For the heater, I saw 16,000 but also did not see what unit or TM model/year.

I looked in my manuals and also tried to look on unit labels, but could not find this info.

Thank you. Carl

There may be a chance that the original Coleman 13,500btu A/C unit could have been replaced sometime in the last 18 years. Can you post a picture of your A/C unit?

I believe the Suburban furnace is 16,000btu, if it's the original.

Default Heater/Airconditioner BTU follow up

Thanks for your reply.
The A/C says Coleman Mach. I wonder why my brochure given to me at purchase (first owner) did not indicate that. Is this the same as the 9000 series, do you know? I took the cover off but did not see a BTU rating - Just some wiring and part and serial numbers. I bet original as the flow fins are brittle and breaking off.

The heater probably is original as prior owner used the trailer to winter over in Florida.
thanks again.

When I bought new, I got two RVP 9000 series manuals: Installation and Operation. The Operation manual has drawings of the control dials that have Coleman Mack written on them.
My Suburban furnace manual has a sticker on it that says NT-16SE.

Default From page 2 of the RVP 9000 Installation Instructions

All roof top air conditioning units have model and serial number identification in two locations; (1) rating plate sticker may be viewed by looking through the shroud louvers on the compressor side of the roof top air conditioning unit. The rating plate sticker can be seen without removing the outer plastic shroud, (2) model/serial number sticker (silver color) is located on the bottom of the basepan of the roof top air conditioner. If the air conditioner is installed, the sticker may be viewed by lowering the ceiling assembly shroud.

Default Suburban web site info re furnace

https://suburbanrv.com/service-suppo...-model-number/
The model number and serial number information can be located by removal of the painted metal grille secured to the furnace. The metal grille can be detached by removing the two screws from the front of the grille. The silver colored data plate with black printing will be located on the right side of the furnace combustion chamber assembly as you look at the appliance. The model number will be located on the data plate and will begin with "NT", "GT" or "DD". The serial number will have nine digits.
