resolved,,,,,remove valance,, remove all interior screws on "metal trim molding".. remove interior molding. Using a very thin" putty knife loosen the " glue/caulk" under the outside window lip. You will probably not be able to get the top portion . Once you have removed all the adhesive the best you can ,, slowly pry out on the bottom very easily,,,the window will tilt out, and the top portion on mine separated rather easily and the window came out.
be careful,, do not drop the window,, have someone support it whill loosening the screws,,maybe the glue guy took a break that day
