Default factory tune-up

When is the spring factory tune up for trailmanors going to be, what dates? I have used it before and it is worth the money well spent to have your trailer checked over by the ones who built it.

As soon as they announce a date for their Spring tune-up special, I plan on making an appointment with Custom RV, at their new location in Ontario, Ca. My 2720 is coming on seven years old now and has never had one and I'm noticing she doesn't open as easily as she used to, no matter how level I make her.

(coarse I'm older too)

Waiting for the factory to offer their special. I think they start in the spring. Went to the factory last year to have lift kit installed and should have done it then. I did not really have the time, but in June, we plan on being on I75 and will stop and spend a night in the motel while they do it. I am certain it will help. I removed the awning since the previous owner bent it really bad when making a turn into a tree. It opens crooked.

BTW, the factory could not have been any nicer. Really great people. Currently on the road for 4 months and am 2 months in the trip. Setting in Acton, California at the moment.

So do you just show up at the factory or do you have to schedule it.

Where are the locations?

Default factory tune up

I'm interested in the spring tune-up. However; I am not planning on going to South Dakota. Can anyone inform me of a Trailmanor dealer that has the ability to adjust the camper? I live in Raleigh, NC, so somewhere close would be great. I also have a water leak that needs repair.

Thanks,

I think that TM is only now in the process of rebuilding their dealer network, so finding one that is set up and ready to do tune-ups may be hard to find.

There may be more - others will chime in - but the only two I can think of are
Custom RV in Ontario, CA, and
MCD on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Sadly, the dealership in Colorado Springs closed entirely last year.

The company will reactivate the dealer network, I'm sure, but in the meantime, you may need to either take a trip, or use a non-TM dealer for your tuneup. the fact is that almost everything that would be done by a TM dealer can be done by any RV service place - this from Will at the Car Show before they closed.

If your headed to Texas try Precision RV in Flint Tx. Just south of Tyler. Had my Torsion Bars adjusted in Sept. on my 2014 2720 Silver trail. Opens easier now than when it was brand new! Cost? Only $120 in and in and out in one day.
