You probably have a Dexter axle assembly (which includes the brakes). Your TM should have come with a pretty good manual from Dexter, but if it didn't, you can find it, and a lot more, at DexterAxle.com. This would include part numbers, and assembly and adjustment instructions.
Dexter axle and brake components are quite common in RVs. Once you have identified which specific parts you need, including Dexter part number, you should be able to pick up brake parts from most any RV dealer, or any shop that handles trailers such as boat trailers. I haven't tried to get them from an auto supply place, but it is worth looking into, since the parts would probably be cheaper there.
