Default Changing a flat on '09 3023

I've read on the forum that there is a wheel cover over the tires which must be removed in order to change a flat.I've also read that the bolts require a certain tool in order to remove the cover. Are the bolt heads "allen" type heads? I have several metric allen sockets. Will this suffice to remove the tire cover in case of blowout? I will be picking up a "new to me" 2009 TM 3023 on Saturday Feb 26th in Maryland and dragging it home to Florida. Hopefully I won't run into tire problems as I'm going to attempt the 15 hour trip non-stop.
Thanks for any input...Brian
