Default Low Battery Voltage...Loose Wiring in Electrical Panel

This past weekend I started experiencing lower than normal DC voltage while on a camping trip, hovering around 11.8 to 12.2 volts. I initially thought the WF-8900 converter was failing as the cooling fan motor was running erratically at times. After getting back home and diving in, I found that the main terminal from the converter/charger to the main buss was loose. Turns out there were many loose electrical lugs/connections throughout the panel on both the 12 volt and 110 volt side! NOT GOOD!

Below is a 4.5 minutes video that outlines what I found. Please unplug from shore power and disconnect the battery before doing anything inside the panel.

Great info, FlyBoy! Certainly worth an inspection every now and again, to check and re-tighten any connections after a lot of road travel.

In the past, I've experienced failure with some of the wire-nut and splice connections inside various junction boxes inside and outside the camper. You got me motivated to take a close look at the electrical panel as well.
