Default Gas Mileage

What gas mileage do you get pulling your TM versus not pulling?

We just left on our first trip with a 3124b. I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra DC w/4x4. I managed 11-11.5 mg on my first two tanks (all highway driving) and around 9 mpg on my 3rd tank. The 3rd tank was in a hellacious crosswind though in West Texas. I normally get 18mpg highway under 3K ft. For some reason I get 1-2 mpg higher at higher elevations.
