Modified spare tire holder

I’m moving my spare tire from the rear bumper to between the chassis of my TM (as the newer model TM). I will have to go to a junk yard and perchance a spare tire holder which is used on most trucks. I have provided a drawing for anyone to view located in the below attachment... I confident this will work, just wondering if anyone has seen this done?
