How do you access the forum?
I think the most common access method is changing. Please vote for one, and comment if you wish.

Phone and tablet screens are, in general, too small for me to effectively use. I do use a tablet, but as a touch typist, virtual keyboards drive me insane!
The laptop is an extremely close second.

Same here. Desktop 98 out of a hundred, then 17" screen laptop the other 2. Phones zero and do not own a tablet.
Only time I use a phone for internet is usually away from home and not for anything like posting messages etc. I carefully turn the data on, look up the location I need to find, navigate if needed, then immediately turn off the data when finished.

I expected a much higher percentage of phone-based accesses. I was wrong. Thanks for your answers.

Bill- I was going to make the same comment, I expected a lot more phone users. But then I realized how small the sample size was (currently 37 votes). This is the time of year the forum really starts to slow down. I wonder if the results would be different in late spring or early summer?

I like my Iphone but I inherited my Scottish Grampa's big fat finger pads, and I don't like typing on my phone. If I have to use my phone I do, but here at home I keep a laptop next to me, it's much easier to use.

I bet there is a relationship of the average age of people responding to this post and the device used to access the forum?
