half a tm stolen

looks like they stole half a tm and put it on a truck? 
really look at it close, even the latches look the same,

Looks like they took the axle off the Sport-Deck model and then bolted it to the truck chasis....what's next....a house boat?

The innovative top raises and lowers via torsion bar springs, but production models will use an electric or hydraulic system
i like that part of article with that in it!! i think somebody should call them about that (innovative top ) that the got there

Yes looks like the sports deck without wheels even has porch still attached.

See the steps...I tried to figure our how to install leading up to the bed.
It is a cool looking rig...but the price is steep!
We saw a 2013 2720 Sl on line today with the electric slide out...it was over 36K.
But it did have the elevated sink.

We replaced the tires on the TM July 2017 I will update when I have time to get the specs
What's new...we went to all LED lighting and love them.
New 3/25/16 two new horizontal propane tanks.

Post #16 is from a guy at Sportsmobile West who said they worked with Scott at Trailmanor (I'm guessing Scott from CustomRV who has been responsible for a lot of cool mod's including the swing hitch...and his father is now the owner of TM).
Post #21 has a picture of it closed.
Some of the "Expedition" people apparently don't think TM's are cool...so I guess I won't post a link to the "taking a TM off-road" thread talking about dust, etc on their forum
