Default what to look for when shopping for your trailmanor

Hello all,
I just joined the forum and I'm starting my search for a trailmanor. What are some things I really need to look out for when looking at used trailmanors? Also how much does the rv negatively impact your mpg? My Silverado is rated for 9k and gets about 18 mpg highway empty, 11 hauling a 24' 5th wheel camper.
Thanks,
Bushman364

Look at the shape of the roof from the inside. It should have a slight arch. If it is flat or has a sag, then there is a problem.

Try opening and closing the shells, make sure it is something you will be able to handle or if the torsion bars need adjustment.

Check for any sign of water damage.

Also, this will help you get familiar with the workings of a TrailManor and thus give you an idea of what you want to look out for: https://www.trailmanorowners.com/for...ead.php?t=2472
