Default 30 amp Inline Fuse question

The 30 amp inline fuse on the battery lead blew for the first time. In looking at the fuse type I discovered it's 30 Amp, 32V. Shouldn't it be 30 Amp 12V? If so, where can they be purchased? I googled for 3AG 30 Amp, 12V fuses with no luck.
