Same way, but you’d do it twice.

Default Tandem lift

When the bolts are taken off will the axle stay straight so all you have to do is lift up the frame little higher to put the square 2” tube in Or will the axle pivot ?

I would imagine if the holes are drilled correctly through the lift pieces everything should line back up correctly.

This is the one that I did on my 1st TM (1998 2720). The picture pretty well tells the story.

I pulled the trailer up on my portable ramps. (loosen lug nuts slightly) Jack up the trailer with a jack behind the axle until the tire is off of the ramp. Put jack stands under the frame. Remove tire.

Put a fully extended bottle jack under the axle (use spacers under the jack until the jack reaches the axle). Put a couple 2x6 spacers under the brake drum. Unbolt the axle and lower the bottle jack under the axle (this lowers the axle) until it is at the bottom of it's range. Place a jack stand under the lowered axle.

Now you have everything balanced and protected, you can install the lift kit and reverse the process.

To ensure that the axle returns to exactly the original location, in addition to other suggestions I would put marks on the axle and frame before disassembly. Use a square and a scratch awl to inscribe marks that are exactly in line with each other, and use the square again when you reassemble.

If you are making your own lift kit, be sure to take careful measurements of the bolt holes. Use a drill press to drill the holes in your square tubing and it's pretty hard to get the alignment wrong actually. Just don't elongate the original holes. If those holes are already elongated, then alignment marks are crucial.

Be sure to get the correct length grade 8 bolts and nuts. I recommend double nutting. When you get done, drive it around a few miles then torque the bolts again. I even went as far as to put 3/4" steel pipe, cut and ground to the exact dimension of the inside of the tube, to use as crush sleeves so that if the bolts are over-tightend, they can't crush the square tubes. Maybe over-kill..... maybe-not.
